New Megger bridge finds HV cable faults quickly and accurately
Robust, readily portable and easy to use, the HVB10 high-voltage bridge from Megger allows cable and sheath faults in power cables to be prelocated reliably and accurately, even in difficult applications. The instrument, which also has facilities for sheath fault testing and sheath fault pinpointing, is particularly suitable for use on long HV cables, and in situations where pulse-reflection methods of fault prelocation do not give satisfactory results.

Compact, convenient and versatile, Megger’s new TPT320 two-pole tester provides electrical contractors with a safe and reliable way of checking AC and DC voltages from 12 V to 690 V. Designed from the outset with safety in mind, the new tester not only has a CAT IV 600 V safety rating in line with EN 61010-1:2010, it also complies fully with the recently introduced EN 61243-3:2010 standard that specifically covers the safety of two-pole voltage testers.
SMRT36 - the smart solution for relay testing

Test diagnostics for HV cables in a single system
To maximise both user convenience and value for money, Megger’s new HV DAC300 test set combines withstand testing facilities and partial discharge diagnostics for HV cables operating at up to 230 kV in a single readily transportable system. The DAC300 uses damped AC (DAC) voltage technology to energise the cable and is capable of generating peak voltages of up to 300 kV. It can be used with cable with capacities of up to 8 µF.
